My Rosy Makeup Menu

Dear Beauties!

Since its spring, today I decided to share my breakdown of products for achieving that rosy & fresh look. Its no surprise that this season gets us in fresh & rosy mood. After a heavy makeup & dark lips seasons we all want to wear light makeup and look as fresh as we can. Although I still use a bunch of products but I try to keep things minimal, natural and enhance my features a lil.

Spring is the season to go for an almost bare face, even though some of us cant get away with that. My this look consist of just a few steps that make me feel more awake & ready for the day. I love swapping different products considering the makeup so that it doesn't melt off or looks too washed away. The following products are in my this look's menu which I love for Spring as well as for days I just wanna look awake & fresh.



I first like to go in with my Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer+ to make sure that my skin is well moisturized. After it I spritz my MAC Fix+ & let it absorb in my skin for a few minutes. Once my skin is ready I mix a coin size of Ponds BB + Cream with a few drops of Dior Nude Air Serum foundation & apply it with a RT Buffing brush.

If you have clear skin & no-to-light dark circles you can totally skip the concealer like me. Once my foundation is in place I like to go in with my Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit & set the eye area with Banana powder on my RT Contour brush. I like to use Fawn with my MAC 125SE brush  for subtly contouring my cheek bones, nose & jawline. After that  I take my ABH A23 Highlighter brush & shade Sand for adding a little glow to my cheekbones, tip+center of nose, cupids bow & a little on my forehead.

After completing my face I immediately grab my Rimmel Brow This Way kit & draw my brows as desired. Once my brows are done I love using Naked 3 palette for eyes. After my brows I take the shade Strange on a large eyeshadow brush & apply it all over my lip. Then I take shade Limit and add a touch of shade Buzz on my RT Deluxe Crease brush to in my crease. After doing my crease I take shade Burnout & apply it on my lid. Then I use the flat side of brush given in the palette & take the shade Blackheart and draw a very thin close to lashes line to define my eyes.

Once I am done with my eyeshadow loving I grab my Rimmel Super Curler mascara & apply double coat to my lashes. I love giving a subtle flush to my cheeks and for that I use Benetint topped with my all time favorite H&M blush in Sweet Rose.

For my lips I keep them light & fresh with my signature MAC Please Me lippie. And this concludes my fresh/feminine/rosy makeup look which is best for everyday & spring season.

Top 10 Beauty Products of 2015

Better late then never My Beauties!!

2015 was a breakthrough year in beauty for me. I have always liked makeup but never got into it until last year. I tried to pick every single limited edition to regular products coming out and realized I have an obsession with lipsticks.

Before last year my makeup was basic to a BB cream, eyeliner, mascara, brows, blushers, lipstick & BAMMM! I had an idea about all the makeup steps & products used but was never bothered to try them until last year. I started hoarding makeup, like literally! I added moisturizers, primers, foundations, powders, concealers, contour & God knows what not to my makeup stash.

I tried alot of different products & holy grailed a few of them. While I was busy buying & trying the products there were many I didnt even touch *sigh*.

I discovered some amazing drugstore gems along with few high end holy grail products. I have alot of favorites from last year but here you go with my Top 10 picks.

1. Huda Beauty Lashes:
So I picked my first pair in the end of 2014 and used it for couple of times. These lashes were so easy to apply & looked so beautiful that I fell in love. 2. Beauty Blender:

3. Bubblegum scrub by LUSH:
This is also one of the products I picked in the end of 2014. I used it couple of times but didnt like it & then I lost it in my stash. While looking for a mask I found it again & tried to work my way with it. This time it worked really great, left my lips super soft, well exfoliated & plump. I love how how it makes them rosy & ready to apply my liquid lipsticks. I use it twice a week or sometimes thrice, depending on when I need it. 4. Brow This Way kit by Rimmel:
I am a big eyebrow on fleek person & for me eyebrows are the most important feature of your face. I always want them on point, bold & perfectly shaped. And this is exactly what this amazing kit does. 5. Dior Nude Air Serum Foundation:
If you are my regular reader or follows me on my Instagram then you probably know about my love for this foundation. This was the first high-end foundation I tried & I have already holy grail-ed it. I love everything about this foundations, its texture, its finish & how it looks on my skin. It gives a beautiful natural coverage & blurs out the imperfections. 6. Boots Cucumber Whitening Cream:
I have been repeatedly mentioning this day cream in my routine & favorites. Its such a great drugstore product which gives amazing results. It has helped in even out the skin tone, brightened-up my complexion & keeps my skin well moisturized. I use it on daily basis in my morning routine & I dont really have to moisturize again till the night. Its thick texture sinks into skin without being greasy or oily. Read more..

7. MAC Fix +:
So with the dry season around this spray is coming really handy. After watching on so many youtubers & reading alot of good things I am really happy that I picked it finally. 8. MAC Giambattista Valli Lipstick collection:
So this collection was one of the hits of last year & everyone went gaga over this. I remember spending 4 continuous hours on MAC's website trying to checkout with my lipsticks. The packaging was amazing that totally sold me over these & I splurged. Watch here...

9. Neutrogena Deep Clean Gel Wash:
I have tried alot of different face washes during the last year some of them were Ponds Oil Control Mattifying face wash, Dove Inner Glow face wash & Neutrogena Deep Clean were the best. But if I have to choose one & use it for the rest of my life it will be this one. I never thought I am gonna like a facewash without microbeads. But this one is amazing and cleanses the skin so well that I dont really require a microbead one any more. Officially hooked & on my second bottle! Read more....

If you have not tried these maks then you have not done anything right in your skin care routine. these masks are magic.
