5 Healthy foods that prevent your weight loss


1.       Whole grain breads:
No matter what, even if you take whole bread or brown bread instead of normal bread. Despite of having a lot of nutrition & good amount of fiber its baked. So avoid all types of bread if you want to lose weight fast.





2.       Fruit juices:
Yeah I know fruit juices?? You heard me right!!
Nutrition, vitamins & energy.  They are very healthy but they prevent your weight loss because they are processed & doesn’t contain any fiber. Packed juices from different brands, no matter what they say or write, has certain amount of sugar & artificial flavoring, so they are not really pure anymore.
It takes almost 6 to 7 oranges to squeeze out a glass of pure orange juice. Have you seen anyone eating 6 to 7 oranges? No. Avoid fruit juices if you want to lose weight. Instead eat fresh fruit.






3.       Granola bars & cereals
High carbohydrates, High fiber & energy. But again it’s a processed food. Substitute your granola bars & cereals with oat meal which are not processed. Add your favorite fruits to enhance flavor & enjoy eating. (Not the instant oatmeal!!)







4.       Sport drinks:
Watching commercials n seeing athletes consuming those sport drinks. Never ever go for them, they are for athletes as they burn a lot of calories & energy a day. A normal person workout maximum an hour or so in a day.






5.       Organic Junk food:
I know we think it is from an organic store & prepared from all natural ingredients. But still the junk food is junk! Its low in calories but still has a lot of them to slow down your weight loss process. Its like dabbing a tissue paper over pizza slice before eating it.





Avoid any kind of processed food even if they are labeled as healthy. As you are not trying to just maintain your health but you are also trying to lose some weight. Try these:
·         Add more raw vegetables & fresh fruits into your diet.
·         As they are natural, not processed & good fiber source.
·         Avoid any type of food that contains starch.
·         And don’t forget to consume a lot of water.
